Great iPhone Features – and Features People Want

The Apple iPhone is one of the most popular gadgets to come out in years. There are all sorts of great iPhone features that make this a popular product but there are also some limits.

The Internet connection that is available through the iPhone is one of the best features that the Apple iPhone has. The phone features a 2.75 G quad-band GSM Internet capability. This is one of the best formats on the market for cell phones. Wi-Fi connections can be used for the iPhone too so long as it has the right connection plan. Text messaging services are available through the phone along with the ability to write, send and read emails.

The way that the interaction features work with the email and messaging features is great. A touch screen is used with the iPhone. A virtual keyboard is included here.

The storage that the iPhone has is great. Depending on the model the iPhone can handle up to four or eight gigabytes of memory. It is one of the best sizes in that of storage capacity in the world of cell phones.

Many different audio files can be used on the iPhone. Video and audio formats are well supported through this product. It even allows for the taking of pictures. A two megapixel camera is used here.

Since its release the iPhone has been one of the most sought after gadgets on the market. But even with its popularity there are some features that people wish the product could have. However, some of these features may be available in the future. For instance, the ability to record videos through the phone is popular. While videos from other sites can be played on the iPhone they cannot be recorded through the iPhone. The fact that the storage capacity is less than ten gigabytes hurts here but this could be corrected in the future.

Many websites use Flash in their designs. However, the .flv files that are used on these sites cannot be read on an iPhone. One of the biggest requests is to get support for Flash on the product.

A need for a removable battery is also present. The battery on the iPhone can be used for recharging but the battery is not removable. When the internal battery does run out this can be a problem.

The last of the requests people have for the future of the Apple iPhone is to be able to use ringtones to a better effect. While hundreds of .mp3 files can be used to be stored onto an iPhone they cannot be programmed as ringtones. Because ringtones are so popular on cell phones these days people want to see this as a feature in the future so that they will be able to add to the customization of their phones.

Overall, there are all sorts of great iPhone features that make for a great phone. However, there are some that are not available. Perhaps in the future these suggestions will be used to make the iPhone better.
